Mike McShane

Mike McShane founded McShane Realty Partners to provide real estate advisory and brokerage services to the upper management of technology, manufacturing, and distribution based companies. He was Vice President, Industrial Services Group, for Grubb & Ellis and Associate Broker, Industrial Group, for Royal LePage. Before entering the commercial real estate business, Mr. McShane was in sales and marketing positions with Ingersoll-Rand and General Electric.




Keith Odom

Keith Odom founded Strategic Real Estate Alliances, Inc. to provide comprehensive brokerage services to the multi-faceted land development process. He has over 25 years business experience which includes brokerage and management of diverse real estate properties ranging from agricultureal to commercial land uses. Keith is designated as a certified Forester by the Society of Americn Foresters.



  Peg S. Larson

Peg Larson formed PLS Resources, Unlimited, a commercial real estate consulting firm, providing market due diligence for lenders and owners of commercial property as well as mortgage banking activities related to the procurement and structuring of debt and equity for acquisition and development of commercial real property. She previously was with Westinghouse Credit Corporation and Nations Credit Commercial Corporation.



C. Patrick Harkins

Pat Harkins is a principal of Anchor Business Advisors, a consulting firm for business merger and acquisition services. As a certified business intermediary, Mr. Harkins consults on strategic planning, debt restructuring, cash flow forecasting and management, profit maximization and cost reduction programs. He is a CPA having been with Ernst & Young and served as Chief Financial Officer for three large privately held manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
